A recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article reported that the unemployment rate in Milwaukee was down to 5.8%, which was down from the previous month, and down from 7.2% a year ago!  In the staffing world, these numbers dictate the strategy and tactics that talent acquisition firms use to attract employees, and Goodwill TalentBridge is no different.  While organizations may have been hesitant to hire due to the economy, there has been a dramatic change. Hiring talented individuals with the right skills for the right job is critical to keeping a business successful.

While “contract” job opportunities always exist in the marketplace and a flexible workforce is a viable option for many companies that experience peak and valley business cycles, more traditional organizations are utilizing the expertise of Goodwill TalentBridge to acquire talent directly. We become their liaison into the workforce community. Businesses clearly see the advantage of using us because we have an extensive reach into the communities we serve, and we can alert them to the opportunities that may exist. We provide staffing and recruiting solutions in the areas of administrative, manufacturing and professional search and placement, and we take on the recruiting and onboarding processes for them.

Goodwill TalentBridge acquires talent directly for businessesBy partnering with Goodwill TalentBridge, you’ll be able to spend more time on your core business and in many cases, lower your operating costs. Visit goodwilltalentbridge.com for more details.
