Goodwill TalentBridge is a full service staffing and job placement agency, and is part of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago. Goodwill Workforce Connection Centers are open to anyone in the community. Our Centers bridge the gap between the job seeker and local companies. We provide an array of services, including resume assistance, job preparation workshops, access to computers and other technology, job leads and a regular schedule of employer recruitment sessions. Services are provided at no charge to you.
We offer intensive training and supportive services in a variety of career options which include in-depth classroom instruction and practical hands-on experience. Our employment training programs teach workplace skills such as: problem solving, decision making and team work. In addition, we offer individualized instruction based on abilities and experience with the ultimate goal of employment.
Goodwill is contracted by Kenosha County to provide services to assist job seekers and employers in making the connection that leads to a job seeker finding employment. We do this by providing case management services and supportive services for a number of programs through the Kenosha County Division of Workforce Development.
