For more than 100 years, Goodwill has created opportunities for people facing multiple barriers to employment. When someone needs help finding a job, we are right there in the neighborhood. Our job assistance programs and career training opportunities help connect job seekers to the skills and supportive services they need to thrive.

Goodwill Workforce Connection Centers are free and open to anyone in the community ages 16+. We provide many helpful services to job seekers, including:

Thanks to the revenue generated from the sales of donated goods in our retail stores, there is no charge for any of the job assistance programs or services offered at Goodwill Workforce Connection Centers.

Job Training Opportunities

We offer intensive training opportunities and supportive services for a variety of careers. Our free vocational training includes in-depth classroom instruction and practical hands-on experience. Our employment training programs teach workplace skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork. In addition, we offer individualized instruction based on abilities and experience.

Goodwill TalentBridge, a full-service staffing and job placement agency, works with local employers and community partners to connect workers with full-time, part-time, and temporary job opportunities.
