Goodwill Workforce Connection Centers are free and open to anyone in the community ages 16+. We provide many helpful services to job seekers, including:

• Professional resume writing assistance
• Job search tips
• Job preparation training
• Computer and internet access
• Postings for job openings near you
• Regularly scheduled employer hiring events and job fairs

• Remote access to job leads and employment applications

Thanks to the revenue generated from the sales of donated goods in our retail stores, there is no charge for any of the job assistance programs or services offered at Goodwill Workforce Connection Centers.

Job Training Opportunities

We offer intensive training opportunities and supportive services for a variety of careers. Our free vocational training includes in-depth classroom instruction and practical hands-on experience. Our employment training programs teach workplace skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork. In addition, we offer individualized instruction based on abilities and experience.

Goodwill TalentBridge, a full-service staffing and job placement agency, works with local employers and community partners to connect workers with full-time, part-time, and temporary job opportunities.

Kenosha County Job Center

Goodwill connects job seekers and employers with job openings in Kenosha County, WI. Services at the Kenosha County Job Center include:

• Childcare coordination
• Job readiness, job training and motivational services
• Adult-based education
• Case management services

Accelerate Chicago

Accelerate Chicago is a program that combines free access to Microsoft training through community partners, including Goodwill. Microsoft Accelerate empowers job seekers to learn new digital skills.
