Job opportunities at Goodwill Great Lakes

What is AbilityOne?

Providing employment opportunities to more than 45,000 people, including nearly 3,000 veterans, the AbilityOne Program is the largest source of employment for people who are blind or have other significant disabilities in the United States. The program uses the purchasing power of the Federal Government to buy products and services from more than 600 participating, community-based nonprofit agencies nationwide, dedicated to training and employing individuals with disabilities.

AbilityOne employment provides people with significant disabilities the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training, real-world work experience, greater independence and quality of life while earning competitive wages and benefits.
