Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin & Metropolitan Chicago is proud to announce that we’ve named Dan Depies Chief Mission Officer for the organization.
Depies has been with Goodwill for nine years serving as Senior Vice President of Mission Services. Depies leads Goodwill’s core mission services which assists a diverse population of over 45,000 individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
These services help individuals into over 9,000 jobs annually at over 500 businesses across the organization’s territory. These services include: Goodwill TalentBridge, the organizations full service staffing and recruitment firm; Workforce Connection Centers; metropolitan Chicago programs; southeastern Wisconsin Government Programs; Goodwill services within the Kenosha County Job Center; EmpowerOne; Development; Community Services and Day Services.
In his new role, Depies will align Goodwill with an impact strategy that guides how the organization will collectively deliver services and attain the desired impact in the communities served.
