Evaluations are tailored to the specific needs of the individual and can be between two to five days in duration. Assessments include academic testing, interest and ability testing. Evaluations may consist of psychometric testing, as well as, the administration of component work samples and/or situational assessment in one of the following areas:
Once this assessment phase is completed an individual will participate in an in-depth evaluation where discussion centers not only on the results, but other important factors such as attendance, attitude and job performance. We've also learned about an individual's academic skills and learning styles, interests and aptitudes, if one needs adaptive services or special equipment, and work habits and behaviors. All of this information helps us make the right recommendation for future job goals.
