Kaye Pederson

Kaye Pederson began her new role as Supervisor at Community Opportunities Club-South in May. She has been with Goodwill’s Day Service program for over four years. Kaye holds an Associate’s Degree in American Sign Language and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She began as a Skills Instructor at the Vogel location and transferred to our Center for Work and Training in Greendale where she was promoted to Case Manager in 2016. She has previously coordinated a fall bowling tournament, volunteer opportunities and last year assisted with the Life Skills redesign project.

Participating in healthy activities has numerous health benefits from better sleep, to better moods and increased energy levels. Our participants at Community Opportunities Club(COC) South have the chance to take part in a variety of healthy activities every day!

We use these Guiding Principles everyday to guide our work, which allows us to focus on our mission. And these Guiding Principles were very evident at Goodwill’s Community Opportunities Club (COC) South located at the Goodwill Center for Work and Training — Southwest Campus in Greendale.
