Goodwill Laundry & Linen Services – another “I didn’t know Goodwill did that” mission operation. I would like to 
continue to highlight the businesses which Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin operates to fulfill our mission of providing training, employment and supportive services to people with disabilities and disadvantages, who seek greater independence.
Goodwill has been a provider of quality laundry services since 1974 when we began processing laundry for the U.S. Naval Base in northern Illinois. Our customers now include hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and hospitality businesses throughout southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
Goodwill Laundry & Linen Services is one of only a few laundries in the United States to be ISO 9001 registered and HLAC accredited, which means that our customers benefit from our high quality standards and our philosophy of continuous process improvement. We process approximately 14 million pounds of laundry per year, using our state of the art equipment and technology. We also develop customized approaches to meet our customer’s specific laundry and linen management needs. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we do this by delivering a quality product, at a reasonable cost, within customer specified delivery times.
