Prior to initiating a job search, program participants first work with Goodwill staff to determine interests, skill levels and vocational objectives. These components originate within Human Services. While Goodwill's mission focuses primarily on helping people find employment, an important aspect of our vision is to help all individuals maintain self-sufficiency. Toward that end, Human Services also extends an array of services to individuals with severe disabilities, which enable them to develop personal skills and achieve greater participation within their communities.
