Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day – these are just some of the well-known holidays that people celebrate. But what about Pancake Day, Syrup Day or Salami Sandwich Day?

Earlier this year Goodwill participants and staff from Community Opportunities Club (COC) West took a tour of the Curves Facility in our area. All of us were able to see the exercise machines and how we can use them.
